  For those of you who don't go to meetings anymore...

  when you attended your last meeting ever as a dub, did you know it was your last?

  did something happen which made it clear in your mind you were 'never going back' (not to be confused with nvrgnbk)?.

  the last meeting we went to was the memorial in 2006. we only went because we knew we were already pegged for the elders' unwanted attention, so we had to go to keep them off our backs a little longer.

  Great thread by the way....

  No, I had no Idea it was my last meeting...my wife left me July 30th 2001. I thought she was going camping with friends...it turned out she wanted a permenant vacation from me....She called 3 days later to tell me she wasn't coming back until I got my additude straighted out about "the church"...

  I said "I can't do it any more....stay were your at"....

  So for me, I was keeping the "Sham" up all the way to the very end....I just gave up, I just couldn't do the lie anymore.....

  And my friends it is a lie.....50 years worth.

  To answer OUTLAW question I'm back.

  Thought I'd get this one out of the bone yard.

  I find it quite fasinating what people are willing to "Die" for and what they are willing to "Kill" for.

  Plus what they would be willing to have their kids die....and kill for...too.

  by destroying the starving millions.. by killing the millions who live in poverty.. by killing most people with incurable illnesses.. killing everybody who disagrees with the witchtower.. killing the desperate who turn to stealing to survive.. killing the desperate who turn to prostitution to survive.. killing those who are repelled at doing it with the opposite sex.. killing the rape victims who dodn't scream, and had an abortion rather than an inflicted birth.. killing the doctors who save lives by giving blood transfusions.. killing those who give blood to save lives.. it strikes me it is definitely run by the sort of psychopath that lives in crooklyn.. if you are a problem, then you must die.

  I mean you just always felt "Bad" for not doing more in the field service or at the meetings. Your a MS why can't you be an elder. Your a pubisher.... why can you pioneer?

  Then the would always have some poor sister at the assembly married to some drunk unbeliever, who would beat the shit out of her, she would have 6 kids.....she was dying of cancer but she pioneered.....

  The speaker would say "Well brothers and sisters if she can do it why can't we?"

  I just isn't a "feel good" religion. If didn't feel bad....what was wrong with you?
